As experts in fire safety and manufacturer of products that help save lives, our top priority is always customer safety. Recently we learnt that the Quell FireStop Fire Suppressant does not have the required instructions and markings as set out in the mandatory consumer product safety standard. We regret that this issue has occurred and are working to correct it immediately. 

• Return to any retailers of the same chain you bought it from for a refund;
